Terms of service

The short version

• Enigma Reload scores your LinkedIn profile and gives you drafts and designs. You decide what to publish.
• We never post, message, connect or change anything on LinkedIn for you.
• Be honest: don't use the tools to invent jobs, results or credentials.
• Everything is free during the beta. If paid plans start, you'll see the price before you pay.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the minimum age to use LinkedIn where you live, and able to agree to these terms. If you use Enigma Reload for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

You sign in with Google or LinkedIn. Keep your sign-in secure — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@enigmareload.com if you think someone else has used it.

What the service does

Enigma Reload reads your own profile — from a PDF you upload, or from the profile page open in your browser when you click Scan in the extension — and turns it into a score, a checklist, and ready-made text and images.

Scores and suggestions are guidance, not a guarantee of views, interviews, clients or any other result. LinkedIn's own rules and algorithms are outside our control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scan, copy or collect other people's profiles or data;
• use the service, or anything it produces, to spam, scrape or automate activity on LinkedIn or any other platform;
• publish false claims about your experience, results or qualifications;
• break, probe or overload the service, or try to reach data that isn't yours;
• resell or rebrand the service without our written permission.

You're responsible for following LinkedIn's User Agreement when you use your account.

Your content

Your profile text, photos and the drafts made from them stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you — scoring, drafting, and keeping your history. See the privacy policy for what we store and how to delete it.

Our content

The Enigma Reload name, logo, software, scoring method and templates belong to us. You may use what the service generates for you on your own profile, posts and materials.

Plans and payment

During the beta every feature is free. If we launch paid plans, prices are shown before checkout and payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as the seller of record. Paid plans renew until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Early-bird prices offered to beta users are honoured as described at the time of the offer.

Beta and changes

The service is in beta: features may change, move or stop, and we may have short outages. We'll try to give notice of big changes. If we update these terms, we'll change the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete all your data from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with courts in Lahore having jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts. Questions: hello@enigmareload.com.
